Ruslan Oleksiyovych Stefančuk - the Chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament, formerly the first Vice Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament, former representative of the President in Parliament - former advisor to the President. Doctor of Law, Professor, corresponding member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, honored scientist and technician of Ukraine, lawyer. Member of the Ukrainian Parliament of the IX convocation from the party Servant of the People.

Place of Birth. Education. Born on October 29, 1975, in the city of Ternopil in a family of doctors. In 1992, graduated with honors from school No. 18 in Khmelnytskyi.

In 1997, he graduated from the Institute of Regional Management and Law in Khmelnytskyi (now Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law) with a major in 'Law'. In 1999, he graduated from the Technological Institute of Podillya (now Khmelnytskyi National University) with a specialization in 'Management in the Production Sphere'.

After graduating from the Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law, he worked as an assistant at the Department of Civil Law at the same institute and then wrote his doctoral dissertation at the Institute of State and Law named after V. M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

Career. Since graduating in 2000, he has worked at the Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law in various positions such as senior lecturer, head of the department, lecturer, and professor at the Department of Civil Law.

From 2005 to 2011, he was the Deputy Rector for Research at the Khmelnytskyi University of Management and Law.
