In Riga, continuing the Peace Summit, a conference was held dedicated to the implementation of the UN Charter and the restoration of Ukraine's territorial integrity. The event was organized by Argentina and Estonia as co-chairs of the working group on implementing this point, as well as Latvia and Ukraine. Representatives of 61 countries and organizations participated in the conference either in person or via video link. The Ukrainian side was represented by the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk and representatives of the President's Office.

According to Andriy Yermak, Russia's attack on Ukraine is the first colonial war of the 21st century, and the only way to prevent a recurrence in the future is to restore the system of international relations based on the UN Charter.

Andriy Yermak noted that Russia's aggression revealed problems in international security and undermines the principles of the United Nations. To restore justice, it is necessary to completely withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine, cancel illegal annexation decisions, demilitarize the Zaporizhzhia NPP, and restore the freedom of navigation in the Black and Azov seas.

Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk stated that to implement the fifth point of the Peace Formula, a reform of the UN Security Council is needed, particularly to limit the right of veto, strengthen the role of the International Court, and develop a system for preventing aggression and conflicts.

The Saeima (parliament) of Latvia Daiga Mieriņa noted that the leadership of Russia should be held accountable for aggression against Ukraine, and the international community should ensure justice and strengthen the prohibition on the use of force according to the UN Charter.

The President of the Riigikogu (parliament) of Estonia Lauri Hussar supports Volodymyr Zelensky's Peace Formula and the full implementation of the UN Charter and international law.

Member of the Chamber of Deputies of the Argentine National Congress Damian Arabia also supports Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and the implementation of the UN Charter.

This conference is the seventh in the series and will lead to the second Peace Summit. The results of these events will be used to form proposals for the second Peace Summit.
