According to TSN.ua: A bombing in Lviv on February 22nd resulted in the death of a 23-year-old police officer, Viktoriia Shpylka, and left 12 people hospitalized. "This is a terrorist act."
He further emphasized that "this is a hostile special operation aimed at killing as many law enforcement officers as possible."
