• Filip Pronin

Ihor Kolomoiskyi was unable to attend due to procedural actions being taken by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU). As for Filip Pronin, his absence was due to being on sick leave. Commenting on Pronin's non-attendance, Oleksii Honcharenko noted that he had recently opened a sick leave, receiving treatment from January 12 to 16. The emergence of a new sick leave on the day of the session, January 21, was unexpected, as Pronin had been healthy from the 17th to the 20th.
