In 2024, a Third World War began in Ukraine, - Zaluzhny.
The Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom and former Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valeriy Zaluzhny made a difficult prediction regarding the possibility of a Third World War. According to him, this may happen in 2024 due to the interference of Russia's autocratic allies in the conflict with Ukraine. He made this statement during the UP-100 awards ceremony.
'I believe that in 2024 we can absolutely consider that a Third World War has begun,' emphasized the ambassador.
Zaluzhny noted that Ukraine not only has a problem with Russia but also faces enemies from North Korea. He emphasized that Iranian 'Shaheds' are already killing civilians in Ukraine.
The ambassador also noted that North Korean rockets, Chinese shells, and components are used in Russian weaponry.
Zaluzhny stressed that the situation can still be avoided, but it is necessary for partners to understand this necessity. He also remarked that Ukraine will be able to survive thanks to its technologies but is not sure if it can win this conflict on its own.
