A 21-year-old Ukrainian national, driving a BMW, collided with a police escort vehicle carrying three officers. All three officers sustained injuries of varying severity and were transported to medical facilities for treatment. It is important to note that the individual under police escort was traveling in a separate vehicle within the motorcade and was not harmed in the crash.
