The Situation in Dnipro After the Russian Attack

According to ТСН: The authorities of Dnipro maintain constant contact with the relevant services and energy workers after the recent attack by Russia. They are already applying response algorithms that were developed in previous years.

According to the city's mayor, Boris Filatov, all hospitals in Dnipro have switched to backup power using generators. Medical facilities have the necessary water supplies, which allows the treatment process to continue. Water supply in residential buildings is also supported thanks to alternative power sources.

Days Off for Schools and Resilience Points

School holidays in the city have been extended by another two days. Currently, around 130 technical water dispensers are operating in various districts of Dnipro. If necessary, resilience points will be set up in the morning — there are a total of 89.

Disruptions in Electric Transport

The city authorities warn of possible disruptions in electric transport in the morning. In case of problems, a switch to buses is planned, and the city is ready to increase the number of vehicles on the routes.

The mayor urged residents to take this information into account when planning their trips and emphasized that data will be updated.

At the moment, the main goal of the authorities is to ensure the stability of the city's vital activities and the continuity of medical services. All services are working to restore the normal functioning of Dnipro’s infrastructure after the latest attacks.

This situation creates additional challenges for residents, who particularly need to adapt their habits and plans in response to the conditions. Collaboration between the authorities and local services remains crucial to supporting the community during this difficult time.
