Russians attacked UAV in Kherson: two people injured.
According to ТСН: At 21:30 on January 1, 2026, Russian troops attacked two individuals in the Dnipro district of Kherson, using an unmanned aerial vehicle.
This information was provided by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
As a result of the bombing by the drone, a 40-year-old woman and a 52-year-old man sustained explosive injuries and leg wounds.
The injured were taken by an emergency medical team and delivered to the hospital. Currently, medical professionals are assessing their condition as moderate.
Reminder of previous attacks
It is worth noting that on December 25, the attackers carried out a massive shelling of the city center of Kherson, striking a market where people were preparing for the holidays. This attack resulted in casualties.
Earlier,
the occupiers were attacking Kherson with drones.As a result of the strike, a 27-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were injured, suffering mine-explosive injuries and shrapnel wounds.
This attack once again confirms the threat posed by the use of drones for attacks on civilians. As a result, there are new casualties among the population, highlighting the need to enhance security in regions subjected to shelling. Given the recent events, it is important for local residents to receive information about risks and to take measures for their own safety.
