An explosion occurred near the territorial center for recruitment and social support in Kamianets-Podilskyi. According to preliminary data, one man was killed and four others were injured. Emergency services and an investigative group are working at the scene.

According to law enforcement, one of the detainees is a displaced person from the Donetsk region who set up the explosive device. His accomplices arrived from the Odesa region. The detainees were waiting for money from the occupiers.
