According to TSN.ua: A 36-year-old woman in Kyiv has been formally charged with the abuse of her nine-year-old son. The woman faces charges of torture under Part 1 of Article 127 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, as well as systematic domestic violence under Article 126-1 of the same code.
