Case Details
According to case materials, the woman conspired with others in May 2025. Together, they created a Telegram channel and a chat-bot to disseminate content featuring prohibited scenes. Forensic experts confirmed the distributed video contained scenes of a group sex act, which formed the basis for the criminal prosecution.
In December 2025, the woman entered a plea agreement with the prosecutor, which streamlined the court proceedings. The court imposed a sentence of three years' imprisonment. In addition to the primary penalty, she received a supplementary punishment: a one-year ban on working in the photo and video industry.
