Suspect Detained in Kryvyi Rih
According to TSN.ua: A 25-year-old man has been taken into custody in the Ukrainian city of Kryvyi Rih on suspicion of raping a 9-year-old child. According to the investigation, the suspect abused his wife's underage sister from July to December of last year. He filmed these criminal acts on video. The man is currently being held in pre-trial detention without the option of bail.
