London: bus veered off the road near Victoria Station, 17 people injured.
According to inkorr.com: On Thursday morning, near Victoria Station in London, an incident occurred: a bus drove onto the sidewalk, hitting pedestrians. According to the police, 15 people were taken to the hospital, and two others received medical assistance on-site. The incident happened at 8:20, resulting in 17 people being injured, including both bus passengers and bystanders. However, no one sustained serious injuries.
Eyewitnesses reported that the bus was moving very fast and veered off the road. People inside were in a state of panic - they were screaming, it was terrible.
The police have launched an investigation into the incident and are appealing to witnesses who may have video recordings for help. Due to a diesel fuel leak, the street had to be closed, and 14 bus routes were redirected.
Fighting loud music in public places in the UK
In Ukraine, a campaign against loud music listening and loud conversations in public places has begun. The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has initiated the installation of warning signs, but some politicians believe that more decisive measures are needed to tackle this phenomenon. Transport Minister Richard Holden noted that passengers should not suffer from 'bad music' of others.
