Pardon by Putin: Criminal Rapes Teenager in Russia, Victim's Mother Fined.
According to ТСН: A case has been recorded in Russia where a criminal pardoned by dictator Putin raped a 17-year-old girl. Instead of punishment, the authorities issued a protocol to the victim's mother for inadequate fulfillment of parental obligations.
The incident took place in the Altai Krai of the Russian Federation. The girl had come to visit 23-year-old 'SVO hero' Vyacheslav Borisov and his friend. They had known each other for about two years.
Details of the Incident
The company was having fun with alcohol when the girl decided to go home, but Borisov decided to stop her. He pushed her onto a mattress, began kissing and touching her. The girl tried to stop him, but he responded:
“You won't escape from here until I f**k you”.
The girl managed to break free and run outside, but Borisov caught up with her, grabbed her by the hair, and pulled her back into the house where he raped her.
After the Incident
Two torn clumps of hair and a ripped t-shirt were found at the scene. The victim had bruises all over her body.
Borisov claims that the sexual act allegedly took place with her consent. There is no information about his arrest, however, the girl’s mother was issued a protocol for inadequate fulfillment of parental duties, and Borisov — for involving a minor in alcohol consumption.
It is known that Borisov previously had two convictions for theft and insult of officials. After being pardoned by Putin and participating in the war against Ukraine, his convictions were 'canceled'. Judging by his social media, he has a wife and child.
Furthermore, there were earlier reports of an incident in Luhansk where a Russian occupier raped and murdered a minor girl. These tragic events raise outrage, highlighting serious issues with justice and protection of victims of violence in Russia.
