Zelensky dismissed Yermak: Arahamiya explained the president's decision.
According to ТСН: The parliamentary faction of the party 'Servant of the People' expressed support for President Zelensky's decision to dismiss the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak.
Faction head David Arahamiya noted on Telegram that the president is fighting for a 'worthy end to the war,' which requires internal strength to strengthen Ukraine's external positions.
Arahamiya emphasized: 'Volodymyr Zelensky clearly stated that we must not be distracted by anything other than defending Ukraine. This is the number one priority for the authorities... It is also important for us that there are no questions regarding Ukraine.'
In his opinion, the resignation of Andriy Yermak shows that the interests of Ukraine are of primary importance to Volodymyr Zelensky.
On November 28, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree dismissing Andriy Yermak from the position of head of the President's Office.
This decision was a result of the NABU and SAP conducting sanctioned searches in the house of the head of the President's Office as part of a criminal proceeding.
The dismissal of Andriy Yermak clearly reflects the management's course in Ukraine towards increasing transparency and fighting corruption in government institutions. During the ongoing war, it is important that all key decisions are based on national interests. Such steps can strengthen trust in the authorities both domestically and from international partners.
