Inside the 3rd Army Corps: A Troubling Assessment
According to Novyny.live: Maksym Zhorin, deputy commander of the 3rd Army Corps, has revealed serious deficiencies in several brigades that recently joined the unit. According to Zhorin, critical shortcomings in service organization were identified, some of which have already been addressed. In addition, criminal proceedings have been initiated against certain officers.
During his remarks, Zhorin highlighted his shock at the complete lack of surveillance in one brigade at the time of its integration.
“For me, it was not just a surprise,”he stated. He emphasized that these issues underscore an urgent need to overhaul organizational processes within brigades tasked with critical missions.
Operations and Their Significance
Zhorin also referenced the first helicopter flight operation to Mariupol in March 2022, noting that, fortunately, most of those earlier problems are now in the past. His comments reflect the command’s active efforts to rectify the situation and improve the state of military units.
The assessment of the 3rd Army Corps highlights the vital importance of proper organization within military brigades, especially amid active combat operations. The problems Zhorin described could have serious consequences for mission effectiveness. According to the command, correcting these deficiencies and improving management processes are critical to ensuring the army’s combat readiness and the successful execution of future missions.
