Turkey and Kazakhstan reacted to SBU drone attacks: what they said.
According to ТСН: Turkey and Kazakhstan reacted to the Ukrainian attacks aimed at energy facilities and the shadow fleet of Russia this week.
Turkey's Comments
The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed concern over the strikes on the vessels KAIRO and VIRAT.
"These incidents that occurred in our exclusive economic zone in the Black Sea pose serious risks to the safety of navigation, life, property, and the environment in the region," emphasized ministry spokesman Oncu Keceli.
Kazakhstan's Reaction
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan also protested against the strikes on the infrastructure of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in the port of Novorossiysk.
"We consider this incident as an act that harms bilateral relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and Ukraine," the statement said.
The ministry emphasized that Kazakhstan expects "specific measures from Ukraine to prevent similar cases from occurring again."
Attack on Vessels
It should be noted that SBU marine drones attacked two sanctioned oil tankers of the 'shadow fleet' of the Russian Federation, KAIRO and VIRAT, in the Black Sea. According to sources, the tankers may have been carrying oil worth around 70 million dollars and were helping the Kremlin evade sanctions.
These events highlight the growing tension in the region and the impact of Ukrainian actions on international relations. The reactions from Turkey and Kazakhstan indicate that neighboring states are closely monitoring the events and are ready to defend their interests amidst instability.
