According to TSN.ua: Ukraine is the only European nation operating a domestically produced cruise missile with a range beyond 1,500 kilometers. Oleg Katkov, editor-in-chief of Defense Express, reports that the country has initiated serial production of its own missiles, with output steadily increasing. This reflects substantial advancements in Ukraine’s defense industrial base.

Emerging Systems and Future Ambitions

Among the latest Ukrainian missile developments are the 'Sapsan' and 'Flamingo,' both capable of striking targets up to 3,000 kilometers away. The Flamingo’s warhead weighs over one ton, underscoring its destructive capacity. Notably, each missile contains only a single foreign-made component, highlighting an exceptionally high degree of local manufacturing self-sufficiency.
