Pay Hikes for Educators in Ukraine
According to Novyny.live: A salary increase for teaching staff in Ukraine is set to take effect on September 1, 2026. Under these changes, educators who work with children requiring special educational support will receive a 20% supplement on top of their base salary. A second phase is scheduled for the upcoming academic year, which may also include a 20% raise. A mandatory 40% bonus on the base salary remains a key component of the overall pay structure. These adjustments aim to enhance financial support for teachers and create a more favorable work environment in the education sector.

- Assistant educators
These planned changes are designed to improve the financial well-being of educators and foster more comfortable working conditions within the educational system.
