Four S-400 radar stations destroyed as Ukraine strikes Crimea and Krasnodar Krai.
Ukrainian forces target Russian military and infrastructure
According to Novyny.live: Ukraine conducted strikes on Russian-occupied military and infrastructure sites in Crimea and Krasnodar Krai, focusing on key logistics hubs, oil infrastructure, and enemy air defense systems. The operation underscores Kyiv’s growing ability to hit strategic targets far behind the front lines.
According to reports, the attacks were carried out on both sides of the Kerch Bridge, highlighting the strategic importance of the mission. The strikes successfully hit:
- four radar stations belonging to S-400 air defense systems;
- two Pantsir surface-to-air missile and gun systems.
The engagement distance was approximately 300 kilometers from the front line.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated: 'Russia only understands force, and our long-range power is precisely working for peace.'
The situation in the region remains tense. These strikes may signal an escalation of the conflict and a demonstration of Ukraine’s increasing military activity in defense of its territory. Operations aimed at destroying enemy military infrastructure could have strategic implications for the front line and may disrupt Moscow’s plans in the region.
