According to Espreso.tv: Ukrainian Defense Minister Mykhailo Fedorov has reported progress in talks to secure manufacturing licenses for advanced weaponry, including SCALP missiles and Patriot air defense systems. These remarks came during a briefing with his Danish counterpart, where the two officials explored avenues for military collaboration. Such discussions are part of Kyiv’s broader push to bolster its domestic defense industry amid ongoing conflict.

Notably, during a recent visit by Ukraine’s president to France, a productive conversation took place with French President Emmanuel Macron. Fedorov stated:

“During our president’s trip to France, there was a very constructive dialogue with President Macron about the possibility of sharing the SCALP license with our country.” - Mykhailo Fedorov
