Ukraine Increased Goods Export - Ministry of Economy.
The Ministry of Economy reported that during 10 and a half months of 2024, Ukrainian goods export in monetary terms exceeded the total figure for the whole of last year. This was stated by the First Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Economy Iuliia Svyrydenko.
'As of today, Ukrainian goods export in monetary terms has exceeded the results we had for the entire year of 2023. As of November 17, Ukraine exported goods worth 36.3 billion dollars. Based on last year's results, this figure was 36.2 billion dollars,' Svyrydenko noted.
Svyrydenko reported that this success was achieved thanks to an increase in the pace of fresh produce exports, the reliable operation of the Ukrainian maritime corridor, and the revival of Ukrainian production.
According to Svyrydenko, the main export products since the beginning of the year are sunflower oil, safflower or cotton oil worth 4.4 billion dollars, corn worth 4.2 billion dollars, wheat and a mix of wheat and rye worth 3.4 billion dollars, iron ores and concentrates worth 2.5 billion dollars.
