The aid targets vulnerable groups, specifically individuals aged 55 and over. Payments are scheduled to commence on February 23, 2026. The monetary support is designated for internally displaced persons with official status and for refugees who have returned from abroad. The aid amount will be 10,800 Ukrainian hryvnias per family for a three-month period. A key eligibility requirement is that the family's total income must not exceed 6,300 hryvnias per family member to qualify for this financial support.

How to Apply for Assistance

Applicants must prepare a package of documents, which includes:

  • Tax identification number
  • IDP certificate (if applicable)
  • Bank account number
  • Birth certificate
  • Guardianship document (if required)
  • Medical certificates
