Explosions in Occupied Horlivka: Occupant Base Attacked.

An explosion occurred in Horlivka in the Donetsk region. It was likely that a machine-building plant, where occupants and their equipment are located, was attacked. This was stated by Mariupol Mayor Advisor Petro Andriushchenko.
