Restrictions on electricity consumption in Ukraine

According to ТСН: On Saturday, measures to limit electricity consumption will come into effect in most regions of Ukraine. This applies to both household consumers and industry.

The energy company "Ukrenergo" reported that hourly disconnection schedules and power restriction schedules (for industrial consumers) will be implemented in many regions of Ukraine.

The main reason for these measures is damage to the energy infrastructure due to massive missile and drone attacks by Russia. This complicates the system's operation at full capacity and causes a deficit in the energy network.

"The situation in the energy system may change. Find out the time and volume of disconnections at your address on the official pages of the regional energy companies," the energy workers noted.

It is expected that Ukrainians will have to prepare for prolonged electricity disconnection schedules, which may be in effect for at least until the beginning of spring. It is predicted that by the end of winter, no significant improvement in the energy system should be expected.

These measures demonstrate the seriousness of the situation in the country's energy sector and the need to adapt electricity consumption in conditions of limited resources.
