According to inkorr.com: The Zhytomyr Regional TCK explained to Ukrainians what to do if military units or territorial recruitment centers require the submission of original documents to fulfill WLK rulings.
If representatives of institutions demand the physical submission of original documents or refuse electronic transmission, it is recommended:
- to contact the command of the military unit or medical institution to clarify the grounds for such requirements;
- to point out that according to the government's decision No. 901 of August 23, 2023, the transmission of documentation between institutions, recruitment centers, and military units is allowed in digital format;
- if the situation cannot be resolved, to contact the Ministry of Defense's contact service.
Representatives of territorial recruitment centers confirmed that documents can be submitted electronically. Previously, military personnel were informed about when they may not be sent to the front after mobilization.
Summary
The Zhytomyr Regional TCK emphasized the right of citizens to submit documents in digital format to fulfill WLK decisions and provided recommendations on what to do in cases where originals of documents are requested. Thus, conscripts received clear instructions for resolving similar situations.
