Correction of Military Service Data: Update Released in the 'Army+' App.

The 'Army+' app has released an update that allows users to correct data regarding their military service. This news was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
App owners often encountered problems when information about their service was not displayed in the app. This was due to the fact that data on the current status of citizens' service had not yet been digitized by TCC and SP operators. To correct these data, users had to use the 'Reserve+' app and submit a request through it.
The Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, Kateryna Chernogorenko, noted that a functionality was developed that allows updating information about one's service through the 'Army+' app with just a few clicks. The user receives an application number, which can be used to track the status of the application.
How to update status in the 'Army+' app:
- Download or update the app and log in;
- If there is no information in the registry, a message will appear saying, "We found no data about your military service." Click "I am definitely an active military person";
- Fill in the form with the required information and submit the request;
- Receive an application number and wait for the notification about the result.
President Volodymyr Zelensky officially announced the launch of the 'Army+' app for Ukrainian servicemen. He also noted that an "IT army" will be created, and surveys will be conducted to help determine the real situation of supplying Ukrainian units. The 'Army+' app aims to relieve servicemen of unnecessary paperwork and document filling.
The 'Army+' app also provides the opportunity to create a report. Users can compose, sign, send, and track an electronic report. The Ministry of Defense has published a video explaining how to do this step by step.
