Russia attacks Ukraine with Shahed drones from three directions: Details of the massive assault.
According to ТСН: In Ukraine, attacks by enemy drones of the Shahed type were recorded on the night of January 11.
According to the Air Forces, the drones are attacking from three directions: south, north, and east.
Directions of the attacks
Zhytomyr region — UAV towards the settlement of Korosten.
Chernihiv region — UAV moving past the settlements of Korop and Makoshine in a south-western direction.
A group of UAV in the northern part of the Poltava region is moving south.
It was previously reported that Russia used intercontinental ballistic missiles to attack the Lviv region, not with the aim of military effect but for the 'sale of fear'.
It has also become known that there is a ban on the use of certain weapons over Kyiv, which diminishes the effectiveness of the capital's air defense under poor weather conditions.
These events indicate an escalation of activity by enemy forces, which continue to attack strategic objects in Ukraine. In particular, the use of drones and intercontinental ballistic missiles underscores that the threat from Russia remains high despite existing restrictions on military action. The review and adjustment of the air defense system is becoming even more relevant in light of the recent attacks.
