According to Suspilne, Russian troops used an airstrike bomb with an advanced guided system (UMPC) weighing 500 kilograms. As a result of the explosion, several entrances to the building and the surrounding area were damaged.
Currently, there are reports of 9 injured. According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Police Investigation Department, Serhiy Bolvinov, they are in a moderately severe condition. The police are also checking if there are people under the debris, but there is no information on the missing yet.
The attack on the building is regarded as a terrorist act and a war crime. "This is another terrorist act by the Russians; attacking a civilian city at 3:30 is a war crime," said Serhiy Bolvinov.
