According to TSN.ua: In an overnight assault, Russian forces targeted Kyiv and the city of Dnipro. The attacks, which occurred on the night of February 12, resulted in damage to residential buildings and non-residential structures in Kyiv. In Dnipro, homes and vehicles were damaged, and a fire broke out in one district. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties. These strikes are part of a sustained campaign against Ukrainian civilian infrastructure that has intensified during the winter months.

In Kyiv, debris from intercepted weapons fell in the Darnytskyi, Holosiivskyi, and Dniprovskyi districts. Emergency medical teams were dispatched to the Desnianskyi and Darnytskyi districts in response to the attack.
