Zelenskyy: Text of Conditions for a Just End to the War Will Be Ready in November.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that by the end of November, the text with the conditions for a just end to the war will be ready. He announced this at the "Ukraine - Southeast Europe" summit in Croatia on October 9, 2024.

"Since July, we have been working on a peace formula, and by November it will be fully completed with all conditions laid out for a just ending to the war. This will be accomplished at the second peace summit," Zelenskyy noted.

The President also spoke about the action plan developed by Ukraine aimed at changing the current situation and preparing for the upcoming peace summit.

"In Ukraine, we have developed a plan of measures capable of rectifying the situation between the current state and the future peace summit. This is a plan that will ensure reliable stability, depriving Russia of the ability to further threaten Europe," the Ukrainian leader emphasized.

Zelenskyy highlighted the importance of compelling Russia to engage in the peace process and comply with the conditions of the peace formula. He noted that currently, Russia avoids honest and open diplomacy.

The President of Ukraine called on international partners to support the Ukrainian plan and unite efforts for achieving just peace and stability in Europe.
