Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed his reaction to the night and morning shelling of Ukraine by Russia. He published posts and photos on social media.
According to the head of state, a rescue operation is currently underway after the missile strike in Kharkiv, resulting in 19 injuries.
Dozens of strike drones attacked Zaporizhzhia. A child was injured. Odesa was attacked, and there was damage due to falling missile debris. And this is just one day of Russian terror against Ukraine. In total, Russia has used about one and a half hundred strike drones, aerial bombs, and missiles against more than ten of our regions since yesterday evening. Combat operations against targets that remain in the air are still ongoing.
Zelensky thanked our defenders of the sky for shooting down the threats and for the safety of people.
The President noted that Russia's aggression against Ukraine can be halted through sanctions and blocking access for the occupiers to the components they use for terrorist acts.
On November 25, Russian troops struck the Kyiv region of Kharkiv. There are suspicions that the strike was carried out by an S-400 missile, and the number of injured has risen to 19. According to preliminary data, 41 buildings were damaged.
On the morning of November 25, an explosion occurred in Odesa. Residents were urged to take shelter. The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported that Russian forces carried out a missile attack on the city center of Odesa, with casualties and damage to civilian infrastructure.
As a result of the strike on Odesa on November 18, 54 people were injured, ten of whom died, including seven police officers. Among the injured are five children aged seven to eleven, as well as 27 law enforcement officers.
