Increased number of battles: General Staff named the hottest front line.

Defense forces continue to actively fight against the enemy and prevent them from advancing into Ukrainian territory. Currently, there have been 106 combat clashes, with the most intense situation observed in the Pokrovske direction. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The occupiers continue to use aviation and artillery in the border areas of the Sumy region. The settlements of Bachevsk, Porozok, Boyaro-Lezhachi, Progress, and Hlukhiv came under fire.

Situation in the Kharkiv direction

Russian terrorists attacked Ukrainian positions near Vovchansk three times. The battle continues. Kozacha Lopan and Lypci also came under fire. The enemy attacked Ukrainian positions in the Kupiansk direction four times. Currently, two combat clashes are ongoing.

Situation in the Lyman direction

In the areas of Makiivka, Nevske, and Terny, nine combat clashes occurred. The battle continues near Nevske. The situation is under control. In the Siversk direction, the enemy is attempting to break through the Defense Forces' lines. The invaders attacked 17 times near Bilohorivka, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, and Vyimka. Currently, four combat clashes are ongoing.

Situation in the Kramatorsk direction

The invaders conducted four assault actions near Chasiv Yar and Andriivka. Two combat clashes continue.

Situation in the Toretsk direction

The number of enemy attacks reached 14. The settlements of New York, Zalizne, Pivnichne, and Toretsk came under fire. Ukrainian defenders repelled nine attacks, with two combat clashes remaining. In the Pokrovske direction, the enemy carried out 37 attacks in the areas of Vozdvyzhenka, Hrodivka, Zhelanne, Zelene Pole, Vodiane, Sukhne, Karlivka, and Ptyche. The defense forces managed to hold off the pressure, repelled 25 attacks, and continue fighting in the other 12 clashes. Vozdvyzhenka and Hrodivka came under KAB shelling, and Oleksandropil was hit by rockets.

Situation in the Kurakhiv direction

The invaders attacked five times. Assault actions are ongoing near Heorhiyivka.

Situation in the Vremivka direction

The forces repelled two attacks near Vodiane and four attempts to advance towards Vuhledar and Vodiane. In Malia Tokmachka and Novodanilivka, the invaders unsuccessfully tried to continue their route. In Lobkove, the invaders used aviation.

Situation in the Prydniprovskyi direction

Four enemy attacks were unsuccessful.

At the same Time, the Security Service, the Armed Forces, and intelligence conducted a large-scale attack on Russian military airfields using the longest-range drones that have been deployed throughout the war.
