Armed Forces of Ukraine Could Liberate Crimea in Two Weeks: Officer Named Condition.
Artillery reconnaissance officer and military expert Arty Green expressed the opinion that the defense forces could liberate Crimea in two weeks if they had the necessary means. He also noted that control of the skies in Southern Ukraine is a decisive factor.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the processes of isolating Crimea and a separate operation to destroy the Russian fleet in the Black Sea. He also revealed the main points of Ukraine's 'victory plan,' noting that the AFU's Kursk operation is part of it. The President added that the plan would be ready by early November.
Additionally, Volodymyr Zelensky reported on his meeting with US presidential candidate Donald Trump, which will take place in September. He considers this meeting important for both sides.
The President also plans to meet with US presidential candidate Kamala Harris and communicate with all contenders for this position regarding the 'victory plan.'
