The Defense Procurement Agency has signed contracts with 76 UAV manufacturers.
Ukrainian drone manufacturers received over 104 billion hryvnias in investments from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for 2024-2025. The Defense Procurement Agency has signed contracts with 76 manufacturers of different types of unmanned aerial vehicles, including FPV drones, bomber copters, reconnaissance drones, deep-strike drones, reusable attack aircraft, kamikaze drones, and aerial targets for air defense purposes.
Defense Minister Rustem Umerov emphasized that these contracts are part of the strategy for technological rearmament of the Defense Forces and the development of Ukrainian defense production. He also expressed gratitude to the manufacturers for their determination, innovation, and willingness to cooperate with the military front.
Ukraine has a significant need for mobilization resources, but the European Union is blocking the flow of foreign volunteers into the country. If Europe allows entry for foreigners from Africa or Latin America, it would encourage the active participation of foreign volunteers in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
