The local operational headquarters later confirmed that as a result of the drone strike, 'elements of the port infrastructure were damaged, and a fire occurred.'

The OSINT group ASTRA examined eyewitness videos and found that the footage was recorded on the Temryuk – Golubitskaya highway, about 4 km from the port. Through geolocation and the nature of the fire, analysts concluded that the flames engulfed the gas terminal.
