According to TSN.ua: A Russian strike hit the city of Dnipro on March 24, 2023, sending a piece of drone wreckage straight into the office of Mayor Borys Filatov. The assault also damaged eight residential buildings and two kindergartens, sparking fires and causing widespread destruction.
The number of casualties has climbed to nine, with four people requiring hospitalization. Among the injured:
- two elderly residents are in serious condition;
- one child has sustained moderate injuries.
According to reports, the drone fragment tore through the blinds and glass in Filatov’s office. He commented:
“The enemy has shelled Dnipro again. You’ve all seen the photos. This time, a piece flew straight into my home office.”
