According to TSN.ua: A massive fight broke out in Kyiv's Obolon neighborhood after a Turkish national, reportedly intoxicated, began harassing pedestrians. The incident occurred on Obolonskyi Avenue in the evening, when the man, under the influence of alcohol, provoked a confrontation with passersby.
Police officers arrived at the scene and identified those involved in the disturbance. The conflict was resolved on the spot, and the individual declined to file an official complaint. Separately, another brawl took place on Balzaka Street in Troieshchyna, involving civilians alongside police and Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC) personnel.
