Elimination of the consequences of the attacks in Odesa and the Odesa Oblast

According to ТСН: Odesa and the Odesa Oblast continue the recovery after the massive attack on December 13. Despite significant damage to the energy infrastructure and the enemy's attempts to spread panic, the city is showing remarkable resilience.

The energy companies have already restored power supply for nearly 600,000 consumers. Nevertheless, more than 30,000 households remain without electricity. In some neighborhoods, there has been no water and heating since the attack. However, most issues related to heating and water supply have already been resolved.

For those without water, wells are operational, and water is being transported in the Oblast.

The enemy is trying to exploit the daily inconveniences of Ukrainians to spread propaganda. Occupation forces are spreading disinformation about queues at gas stations, but in reality, the activity at gas stations is linked to the need to refuel generators.

“This symphony of generators has been going on for a long time, we know every voice at every location.”

It is also emphasized that despite Putin's attempts to cut the south off from the Black Sea, the situation in Odesa remains stable: In southern Ukraine, only apartments are being offered, but no positions.

Bratchuk also reveals details of the enemy's strategy. The occupation troops first exhaust the air defense system with reconnaissance drones and then attack the same coordinates again to hinder the work of emergency services and remove the ability to eliminate the consequences of explosions.

Vulnerable populations are being assisted by volunteers, international organizations, and Ukrazaliznytsia, which are organizing the distribution of hot meals in areas where cooking is not possible.

We remind you that due to the destruction of the energy infrastructure, part of Odesa and surrounding settlements have been left without electricity, water, and heat. Communal services are delivering technical water in tankers, and energy companies are working under constant air alarm signals, often interrupting their repair work.

Due to the blackout, tram traffic has been partially suspended, and trolleybuses are operating on a shortened schedule. This year, the enemy has damaged at least 20 substations in the Odesa Oblast, which has significantly complicated the restoration of electricity supply.

It is important to emphasize that the residents of Odesa are showing resilience despite the difficulties. Medical and social services continue to operate to help those most in need. The tireless efforts of energy companies and volunteers are a guarantee for restoring normal life in the region, which maintains hope for a quick improvement in the situation.
