Sean Holland began drinking at age 18. By the time he turned 21, he was consuming 200 grams of vodka for breakfast and six bottles of wine throughout the day. This led to immense financial strain, with the man spending around £55 daily on alcohol. Between August 2023 and October 2024, he was imprisoned three times for alcohol-related offenses.
After deciding to quit, Sean spent two months in a rehabilitation center. He now shares his experience with others, encouraging them to make positive life changes. He states:
“Until March of last year, I was drinking two to three liters of straight vodka a day.”
