The enemy has again struck the building that has already been repaired
In the Kyiv district of Kharkiv, the building that became a target of the strike had already suffered from shelling at the beginning of the war. This was reported by the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov.
«It was almost repaired, new windows installed, provided with thermal insulation, and being prepared for the heating season. The enemy struck it again», stated the mayor.
According to Terekhov, there are already 13 victims in the Kyiv district, including one deceased.
It should be reminded that Russian occupiers shelled four administrative districts of Kharkiv with guided bombs. Two attacks were recorded in the Saltivsky district of Kharkiv.
Earlier, it was reported that 5 people were seriously injured due to the Russian strikes. Now this number has increased to 15. There is also information about 3 dead. Debris removal is ongoing.
Additionally, late on September 23, the enemy carried out massive airstrikes on Zaporizhzhia. One person died, and the number of injured increased to 6, including two children.
