This is a book about my war. Zaluzhny has released his first manuscript.
Former Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who is now the ambassador of Ukraine in London, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, has released his first book titled 'My War'. He announced this on social media.
This book is the first part of the trilogy 'My War', which Valerii Zaluzhnyi began working on in March 2023. The manuscript of the book was 'collected' and edited by his wife.
'I share with you my own story about myself, my thoughts, and life decisions. This is a narrative book for young people, to whom I want to convey an important truth: in life, anything is possible if you really want it. Dream and pursue your dream!' - noted Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
According to Zaluzhnyi, this book tells about his 'war'. Initially, it is a war with one's own fears that prevent one from doing something. Then, a war with people who hinder the achievement of goals. And finally, a war with the circumstances that complicate life.
Valerii Zaluzhnyi hopes that readers will find it interesting to get acquainted with his book and also plans meetings and conversations with them.
The book 'My War' is the first part of the trilogy, which will include the books 'My War', 'Our War', and 'Their War'. The total volume of the book is 248 pages.
Earlier, on August 22, a book about Valerii Zaluzhnyi titled 'Iron General. Lessons of Humanity' was also released, authored by former advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Liudmyla Dolhonovska. This book partially reveals the life, views, and politics of Valerii Zaluzhnyi.
In an interview with 'Glyavkom', Liudmyla Dolhonovska stated that Valerii Zaluzhnyi made minimal edits to the book about him but did not say whether he liked the manuscript.
