New Russian Attack on Energy: Emergency Power Outages Introduced in Kharkiv Oblast

According to ТСН: As a result of the attack by Russian forces on Ukraine's energy infrastructure in the Kharkiv region, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced.

Situation in Kharkiv Region

This was reported by the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synehubov:

"Due to another attack by the occupiers on the country's energy sector, emergency power outage schedules have also been introduced in Kharkiv Oblast."

He noted that Kharkiv Oblast will return to planned power outages after the stabilization of the situation in Ukraine's energy system.

Service Operations Complicated

All relevant services are working to quickly eliminate the consequences of the attack on the energy sector and restore stable electricity supply for the residents of Kharkiv Oblast.

As a reminder, in the morning, several regions of Ukraine, including Kharkiv, Poltava, and Sumy Oblasts, reported that Ukrenergo had introduced emergency outages. This occurred due to the results of previous missile and drone attacks. Energy workers are making efforts to restore stable electricity supply as soon as possible and to cancel emergency schedules after normalizing the situation in the energy system.

The energy supply situation will remain tense as long as attacks on the infrastructure continue. It is important for residents to stay informed about changes in outage schedules and to follow local authorities' instructions regarding electricity conservation. Energy workers are enthusiastically working towards restoring the system, hoping to return to stable electricity supply mode soon.
