On December 27, new electricity blackout schedules will be introduced in Ukraine: what is known.
According to ТСН: The energy system of Ukraine continues to recover after attacks from Russia, however, the power deficit still remains. In the coming day, energy workers will reintroduce restrictions on electricity consumption.
What the restrictions will be
Tomorrow, the energy dispatch center plans to introduce:
Hourly blackout schedules (HBS) – for the population.
Power limitation schedules (PLS) – for industrial consumers.
It should be noted that the restrictions will cover most regions of Ukraine, but not all without exceptions.
Where to see the schedule
The energy workers remind that forced electricity outages are a consequence of Russian missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian power stations and networks.
The time of electricity outages in your home and the schedule can be found on the official websites of your regional energy supplier, on the pages of local authorities in social networks, as well as in the media.
«When electricity appears according to the schedule – please consume it sparingly!»
It is also worth mentioning that there are hopes expressed in the Verkhovna Rada that Ukrainians may experience light in New Year's Eve. However, the situation largely depends on weather conditions and possible attacks from Russia on the energy infrastructure.
The restoration of the energy system continues, but the realities of wartime bring their corrections. In conditions of electricity deficit, it is important to adhere to the schedules and consume energy rationally. The situation remains under control, but the importance of energy stability for the daily life of Ukrainians is hard to overestimate.
