The incident happened near the Shpalernyi Market at approximately 2:15 PM, resulting in injuries to four passengers. Kyiv's Ring Road is a major orbital highway encircling the city, carrying significant traffic volumes.
The collision caused significant traffic disruptions, partially blocking the roadway. Heavy congestion built up on the section from Zhmerynska Street in the direction of Beresteiskyi Avenue, creating major delays for other drivers and commuters.
