Europe's Concerns
According to inkorr.com: European leaders are expressing concern about possible Russian plans for a new offensive operation against Ukraine. They are meeting with President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky to discuss security issues for the country. This was reported by the publication 'Hlavkom', citing Bloomberg.
During a security council meeting in Toulon last week, representatives from Germany and France discussed the issue of Russian troops being stationed near Pokrovsk.
As soon as Europe completes negotiations on guarantees, leaders will be able to cooperate 'even more intensively' with the USA, said NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte. According to him, for successful negotiations with Putin and Zelensky, it is necessary to understand the situation more clearly.
