Starved and dug graves. It became known about the current condition of children from the rehabilitation center in Lviv region.

In the children's educational and rehabilitation center in the Lviv region, pedagogical neglect of children was recorded, and even after violations were identified, the wards continue to complain about the quality of food. Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets reported this.

«After the violations were identified in the institution, children continue to complain about the quality of food and the lack of sufficient food. Also, one of the institution's wards noted that he moonlights in the funeral services field, specifically digging graves, preparing bodies for burial, and singing over them, which at such an age can cause severe psychological consequences and indicates signs of child labor exploitation», – the statement says.

Dmytro Lubinets reported that children in the rehabilitation center in the Lviv region suffered from abuse. This center accepts the most vulnerable categories of orphaned children, those who lack parental care, those who are in difficult life circumstances, as well as children with special educational needs.

Later, Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of the regional military administration, stated that during the inspection, the head of the educational and rehabilitation facility in Lviv region was suspended from work due to accusations from the wards regarding his violent behavior.
