On December 6, restrictions on electricity consumption are being implemented in Ukraine: details of the schedules.
According to ТСН: On Wednesday, restrictions on electricity consumption will be implemented across Ukraine. These measures are introduced due to the consequences of massive attacks from Russia that have damaged the country's energy facilities.
Schedules that will be in effect throughout the day
Hourly electricity outages:
- from 00:00 to 23:59 — from 0.5 to 2.5 shifts depending on the system load.
Power restrictions for industry:
- from 00:00 to 23:59 — a separate control line for enterprises and large industrial consumers.
Energetics emphasize that changes may occur at any moment, so citizens should monitor the messages from local energy distribution companies.
When electricity supply is restored, experts advise not to turn on all devices at once. Excessive load can lead to repeated emergency outages. It is better to distribute electricity consumption evenly and avoid peak moments.
Citizens are asked to carefully monitor the schedule and plan their household activities in advance.
Recently, a large-scale accident in the power grid occurred in the Chernihiv region, leaving almost 90% of consumers without electricity. According to Chernihivoblenergo, it was systemic, and energy teams quickly began recovery work. The exact terms for the restoration of electricity supply are still unknown, residents are urged to remain calm and follow official announcements.
This situation highlights the need for readiness for potential interruptions in electricity supply due to military aggression. Authorities and energy companies are working together to restore infrastructure, but it is important for citizens to be vigilant and careful in energy consumption.
