New power outages await Ukraine: where and when the schedules will be implemented.
According to ТСН: On Friday, restrictions on electricity consumption will begin to take effect in many regions of Ukraine.
This information was released by 'Ukrenergo'.
Energy workers are returning to schedules of hourly outages (GPO). This decision will apply to both residential consumers and industry, where power limitation schedules (PLS) are also being introduced.
'The reason for the introduction of restrictive measures is the consequences of Russian missile-drone attacks on energy facilities,' said 'Ukrenergo.'
The situation in the energy system remains dynamic and may change depending on the operational status. The exact time and duration of outages at specific addresses should be checked on the official websites of local energy companies.
Duration of city power outages
It is worth noting that any city in Ukraine may face prolonged outages. Even the most modern air defense system does not provide 100% protection if the enemy plans a massive strike in a limited area.
It was previously reported that due to previous enemy attacks on the energy infrastructure, consumption limitation schedules had already been implemented in many regions of Ukraine.
Thus, the situation with electricity supply in Ukraine raises many questions. Considering the current conditions, it is important to monitor information from energy companies, as the exact data on outages may change. This decision is aimed at ensuring the stability of the energy system amid active hostilities and constant threats from the enemy.
