HUR put out of action a key oil pipeline of the Russian Federation: what does this mean for the occupying army

According to inkorr.com: A successful special operation by the Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate in the Moscow region led to the blocking of an important military facility. According to HUR, the attack took place on the night of October 31, 2025, near the town of Ramenskoye, where the main oil pipeline 'Koltsevoy' was damaged.

This oil pipeline was critically important for supplying fuel to the Russian army, including gasoline, diesel fuel, and aviation fuel. According to HUR, all three branches of the pipeline were damaged simultaneously, despite security measures.

Statement by General Kyrylo Budanov

Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov, head of the HUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, emphasized that direct strikes from the Ukrainian side cause significant damage to the Russian state, more than any economic sanctions. This operation dealt a serious blow to the military capabilities of the aggressor. The 'Koltsevoy' oil pipeline had a high capacity and supplied various types of fuel from Russian oil refineries.

The successful intelligence operation in the Moscow region complicated the Russian army's access to the necessary fuel for combat operations, indicating the effectiveness of the actions of Ukrainian intelligence officers in destroying enemy resources.

This action demonstrates the continuation of active measures by Ukraine in the context of confrontation with the aggressor. Thanks to the efforts of the Ukrainian intelligence forces, it was possible to significantly reduce Russia's military power, which may influence the course of events in the region, strengthening Ukraine's position in the fight for its independence.
